Minecraft Designs
Our research focused on game play and construction in Minecraft, a sandbox game popular with millions. We also examined gender and racial representations within the larger metagaming community, in particular online YouTube video postings and a public gaming convention In addition, we mined the collaborative nature of comments in YouTube Minecraft videos.
